I have always considered myself a problem solver. I have always considered my Clients problems my problems until the problems are resolved. I do not pressure my Clients but my goal is to complete the transaction with positive results. I believe that my business approach and the positive results that have occurred, over the years,are the reason my clients have given me a 97% approval rating (as rated by the independent rating firm, "American Rating Service") and the reason I was awarded the "Diamond Certified" Award in 2009 (the only time a REALTOR® has been awarded the "Diamond Certified" rating).
